Active Member Requirements

To be considered an active member, you must earn a total of SIX (6) points each semester.​

Active Members

  • Eligible to run for leadership positions

  • ​Vote in any club elections (ie. officer election)

  • Attend our end-of-semester puppy party

  • Receive any other active member benefits added

Proof for Points

  • General body meetings will always have an attendance form. After filling it out, a point will automatically be added under your name.

  • Proof of purchase for fundraisers and merchandise can be uploaded to respective Google Forms.

  • Points from becoming a sitter or raiser, maintaining your status as a sitter or raiser, and personally fundraising $5 for the fundraising team will always be handled automatically by the executive board.

Optional Points

  • Bringing a friend who is not in Puppy Club to a fundraiser

    • 0.5 points/fundraiser​

  • Tabling at select restaurant fundraisers

    • 1 point/fundraiser​

  • Purchasing merch

    • 1 point​

  • Becoming a puppy day/home sitter and maintaining your sitter status throughout the semester

    • 2 points (awarded at the end of the semester)​

  • Becoming a puppy raiser and attending the required Gainesville Group meetings

    • 2 points (awarded at the end of the semester)

Earning Points

  • Attending a general body meeting (GBM)

    • 1 point/GBM

      • 2 required​

  • Attending a fundraising event

    • 1 point/fundraiser​

      • 1 required​

  • Attending a social event

    • 1 point/social

    • 1 required

  • Join our fundraising team & having $5 on your account​
